NPTC Group of Colleges has teamed up with local Neath Port Talbot statutory organisations to form the Local Public Services Board (PSB) and on the agenda is the future of well-being in the area.
In May 2017, the Board published a well-being assessment which was informed by extensive engagement and survey work with residents and stakeholders, and consideration of relevant information such as existing data, evidence and research. The assessment captures the strengths and assets of people and communities across Neath and Port Talbot and describes the challenges and opportunities Neath Port Talbot faces now and in the future in terms of improving social, economic, environmental and cultural well-being of Neath Port Talbot. This assessment has now informed the draft priorities the Public Services Board proposes to focus on to improve well-being and we would very much appreciate your views on whether you think these are the right things to focus on.
The consultation survey and more information about the Neath Port Talbot Public Services Board (PSB) can be found here; https://www.npt.gov.uk/5808?lang=en-gb
The consultation will close on Thursday 1st February 2018 and the outcomes of the consultation will be used to inform the final Well-being Plan which will be published by the Neath Port Talbot Public Services Board before May 2018.
