The successful Skills Ranger project is hosting a celebration event in the Afan Valley during the autumn half-term.
The Skills Ranger project, which is managed by NPTC Group of Colleges, is celebrating 10 months of successful engagement in the Afan Valley. During this time, hundreds of people from the area and beyond have engaged and attended various events and activities.
It’s been a rewarding journey of supporting individuals through valuable skills training and pathways to employment. Boosted by the commitment from other organisations who have helped with the engagement process, the College looks forward to continuing to engage with the community in the area and hopes that this is just the beginning of continued growth of the opportunities that NPTC Group of Colleges can offer in the Afan Valley communities.
Gemma Charnock, Vice Principal: Corporate & Group Company Secretary, remarked: “We are incredibly proud of the work we have accomplished in the Afan Valley. The support and engagement from the community have been vital in making this project a success, and we look forward to celebrating our shared achievements.”
Please pop in and visit us on Wednesday, October 30th at the Afan Fitness Centre, Cymmer Primary School, between 10.30 am and 2.30 pm.
Visitors will be treated to fun activities, a variety of stalls, free refreshments and lots more. The event presents an excellent opportunity to connect with others, learn about available resources, and explore the educational opportunities offered by the NPTC Group of Colleges.
