
Success keeps growing for Skills Academy Wales Work-Based Learning Partnership which is celebrating its fifteenth anniversary.
Over the past decade and a half, the Skills Academy Wales Work-Based Learning Partnership has supported 23,000 apprentices and its success keeps growing. The partnership, led by NPTC Group of Colleges, brings together 12 education and training organisations, which during its time has witnessed incredible growth, transformation, and achievement.
Apprenticeships play a vital role in strengthening the broader economy, ensuring there is a steady pipeline of skilled workers, creating a more adaptable and productive workforce. The partnership which includes ACO Training Ltd; Coleg y Cymoedd; ITeC Digital Training Ltd; Jobforce Wales; Learnkit Ltd; Llanelli Rural Council Training, Myrick Training Services; Neath Port Talbot Council; Pengwin Ltd; Protech Training Academy; Sirius Skills Ltd; Tooth Fairies Ltd and the Welsh Ambulance Service; deliver apprenticeships across South and Mid Wales with some specialist provision in North Wales.

Neath College recently hosted the Skills Academy Wales Work-Based Learning Partnership Apprenticeship Awards which celebrated the achievement of apprentices across South and Mid Wales. The evening highlighted the outstanding commitment of apprentices to their learning and showcased their considerable development throughout their apprenticeship journey.
