The Student and Business Services Assistants will provide advice regarding eligibility for Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA), The Welsh Government Learning Grant (WGLG), The Financial Contingency Fund (FCF), Higher Education Finance grants/maintenance loans and answer local transport queries. The team can also help with application forms for the above grants as well as authorise absences and provide students with Student Confirmation Letters.
