Apprentices will work towards the following qualifications:
- Level 4 Preparing for Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care;
Units include: Legislation Theories and Models of Person/Child Centred Practice, Theoretical Frameworks for Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management of Effective Team Performance in Health and Social Care Services. - Level 4 Professional Practice in Health and Social Care;
Units may include: Professional Practice, Leading Practice with Individuals Living with a Learning Disability/Autism, Dementia, Leading Practice with Individuals Living with Mental Ill Health and many more. *Units are selected depending on job role and setting. - ESW Application of Number Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
