Duration
17 months
Apprentices will work towards the following qualifications:
ILM Level 3 Diploma in Management; Units include: Manage Personal and Professional Development, Manage Team Performance, Principles of Leadership and Management, Principles of Leadership and Management, Principles of Business and many more.
ESW Application of Number Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
ESW Communication Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
ESW Digital Literacy.
This programme is ideal for managers moving into a middle management position, who still retain responsibility for operational processes but are more removed from day-to-day line management duties. The qualification develops the knowledge and skills required to take on higher level responsibilities such as planning and implementing change.
Duration
18 months
Apprentices will work towards the following qualifications:
ILM Level 4 NVQ Diploma; Units include: Manage Personal and Professional Development, Provide Leadership and Management, Develop and Implement an Operational Plan, Develop Working and Many Relationships with Stakeholders more.
ILM Level 4 Diploma; Units include: Understand the Management Role to Improve Management Performance, Planning and Leading a Complex Team Activity, Managing Personal Development, Managing and Implementing Change in the Workplace, Understanding and Developing Relationships in the Workplace.

ESW Communication Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
ESW Digital Literacy.
The ILM Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership is aimed at middle managers with responsibility for substantial programmes and resources. It develops skills in strategic planning, strategic change and business process design alongside core leadership and management abilities such as inspiring colleagues and delivering results.

21 months
Apprentices will work towards the following qualifications:
ILM Level 5 NVQ Diploma; Units include: Contribute To The Development Of A Strategic Plan, Design Business Processes, Manage Strategic Change, Provide Leadership And Management and many more.
ILM Level 5 Diploma; Units include: Developing Critical Thinking, Leading Innovation And Change, Making A Financial Case, Managing Improvement, Understanding The Management Role To Improve Performance and many more.

ESW Digital Literacy.
What will the qualification lead to?
After completing each level learners can progress onto an ILM Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, ILM Level 7 Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and Management, Degree in Leadership and Management or similar qualification.
