Are you interested in Construction Training?
At Pathways Training we deliver Apprenticeships in Construction that will give learners a nationally recognised qualification relevant to the route taken. Learners will develop skills in the workplace and attend college one day a week for 1 or 2 years depending on the level of Apprenticeship.
WE OFFER:
Level 2
Foundation Apprenticeship
Subjects may include:
- Brickwork
- Building Maintenance
- Carpentry or Bench Joinery
- Electrical Installation
- Multi-trade
- Painting and Decorating
- Plastering
- Plumbing
Level 3
Apprenticeship
- Brickwork
- Building Maintenance
- Carpentry or Bench Joinery
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Installation
- Multi-trade
- Painting and Decorating
- Plastering
- Plumbing
Level 4
Higher Apprenticeship
- Construction Site Supervision
- Civil Engineering
- Quantity surveying
Apprenticeship include:
- Technical certificate in the relevant discipline
- NVQ in the relevant discipline
- ESW Communication Skills
- ESW Application of Number Skills
- ESW Digital Literacy Skills (plumbing only).
Entry requirements
Learners must be:
- Living/working in Wales (must meet eligibility criteria)
- Employed for at least 16 hours each week throughout the apprenticeship
Employer Incentive: Your employer may be able to claim up to £3,500 towards the cost of your training (Subject to eligibility criteria).
What will the qualification lead to?
After completing each level learners can progress onto:
- Level 6 Higher Apprenticeship in Site Supervision
- HND in Building Studies
