Employer Statement
The nature of the UK skills market is such that the recruitment of highly skilled staff is increasingly difficult. I have concluded that the best solution is to recruit bright young people and “grow” my own skilled staff. The apprenticeship route provides this opportunity. Furthermore the apprentices very soon become an asset to the business as their skills and confidence develop. I would recommend apprenticeships to any young person and to any business.
