Course Overview
Gateway Catering is suitable for young people as an introduction to the catering vocational area.
No previous knowledge is required, although learners need to be able to demonstrate an ability to work to at least Entry 3.
Learners choose to develop their skills for employment by enrolling into higher courses in a particular vocational area.
Coursework and practical based assessments
There will be some additional course-related costs.
