Course Overview
The IMI Level 1 Diploma in Vehicle Accident Repair course covers the fundamental skills & knowledge common to the repair of vehicle damaged in an accident.
The course aims to explore cars and a range of vehicles construction and accurate repair and damaged areas ready for finishing in the automotive industry. This is located in Engineering (ENG) department.
GCSEs of D/E & above is desirable, but practical experience is also considered. Students must attend GCSE resist classes that will run alongside their full time program when progressing onto a level 2 course.
Level 2 Diploma in Vehicle Accident Repair. Level 1 Diploma in Vehicle Accident Refinishing. Apprenticeship.
IMI Level 1 Diploma in Vehicle Accident Repair.
This course requires continual assessment of College based assignments which will be collated as a portfolio of evidence to meet the needs of the awarding body.
Online examinations and practical tasks carried out in our excellent VBR workshop facility will be scheduled at key stages throughout the course.
