Course Overview
A practically based course aimed at individuals who want to improve their horticultural skills that can be used to enhance their job opportunities. Assessment is done through observation of practical work and underpinning knowledge questioning. A wide range of subjects covered include propagation, pruning, machinery use and plant maintenance.
Either Level 1 Horticultural qualification or experience from your current workplace.
Progression within your current job or progression to employment within a range of horticulture / landscaping career paths including garden design, garden maintenance, amenity horticulture and the retail sector.
