Course Overview
The Skills for Further Study level 2 qualification is for learners wishing to acquire knowledge and skills preparing them to progress to study at higher levels.
The aims of the qualifications are to:
develop skills to study at level 3
develop an awareness of progression opportunities to careers or further study.
Qualification Target Group
The qualifications are particularly suitable for potential learners who:
have level 1 qualifications and ultimately wish to proceed to level 3 qualifications and potentially into higher education
have no previous qualifications but who, after diagnostic testing, are determined to be capable of working at level 2
have a sound subject knowledge but wish to develop their confidence and / or core skills.
The course is delivered as a mixture of face to face and online lessons
