Course Overview
The Level 2 Diploma in Work Based Horticulture is a Full-time Further Education course designed for those with an opportunity of working in the industry or have access to work/volunteering. It is suitable for anyone who desires a career as a gardener / horticulturalist or any of the many wider horticultural disciplines. It combines theory lectures with practical work and ensures the development of a broad range of skills and knowledge needed to step into a rewarding career. A portfolio of evidence is built up with assessments of practical activities to ensure you are competent and confident to enter employment. This is located in the Catering, Hospitality and Agriculture (CHA) department.
