Course Overview
This Enhanced Engineering Programme (EEP L2) is a full-time course that is based over one year. It is a pre-apprenticeship course which is designed to enable students to gain an apprenticeship at the end of the Mechanical engineering is a dynamic and ever-evolving field that plays a critical role in shaping our world. As a mechanical engineer, you will have the opportunity to design and develop innovative solutions to real-world problems, from improving energy efficiency to designing cutting-edge technology.
Through the EEP Mechanical course at a NPTC group, you will gain hands-on experience and practical skills that will prepare you for a successful career in this exciting field.
You will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and work alongside our experienced staff who will guide you in honing your skills and pursuing your passions. As part of the enhanced engineering programme, you will have the opportunity to participate in educational visits and charity fundraising events. You will also gain 5 weeks work experience within our network of local engineering organisations which will give you the opportunity to showcase your skills and potentially gain an apprenticeship.
On completion of the course you will also be presented with £200 worth of tools for free to help get you started within the engineering sector
