Course Overview
The NCFE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Uniformed Protective Services is a two year course for learners interested in the various fast-paced careers within the Uniformed Public Services Sector. Students need to be motivated, educated and driven in all the units to complete the various assessments and coursework throughout the qualification. There are no exams in this 3 A level equivalent qualification, however learners are required to complete all specified assessments by the required deadlines. Units include: Skills for outdoors Activities, Understanding Discipline, Developing aspects of Physical Fitness for entry into the Public Services and Crime in the community.
This course will allow you to experience many aspects of the uniformed public services which will help you decide what organisation you want to apply for on the successful completion of the Extended Diploma. You also have the option of continuing your studies on the Public Services HNC/HND course, also delivered at NPTC GROUP of Colleges.
