This course covers the following topics:
- Underpinning Workshop sessions 1, 2 and 3 – Becoming an Effective Leader
- Underpinning Workshop sessions 4, 5 and 6 - Developing and Leading Teams to Achieve Organisational Goals and Objectives
Delegates will complete 1 x 2,000 word reflective review on Becoming an Effective Leader and 1 x 2,000 word work based assignment on Developing and Leading Teams to Achieve Objectives. Full guidance with course-specific workbooks will be provided.
