Apprentices will work towards the following qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service; Units will include: Organise and Deliver Customer Service, Understand the Customer Service Environment, Resolve Customers’ Problems, Principles of Business, Understand Customers and Customer Retention, Manage Personal and Professional Development and many more.
- ESW Application of Number Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
- ESW Communication Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
What will the qualification lead to?
After completing each level learners can progress onto a Business Administration/Team Leading/Management qualification.
