Apprentices will work towards the following qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Work-based Horticulture (QCF); Units may include: Promote, Monitor, and Maintain Health and Safety and Security, Specify the Maintenance of Landscapes, Plan and Manage the Control of Pests, Diseases and Disorders, Estimate and Programme Resource Requirements for Landscaping, Manage your Own Resources and many more.
- ESW Application of Number Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
- ESW Communication Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
- Employee Rights and Responsibilities.
What will the qualification lead to?
After completing each level learners can progress onto a HNC/D in Horticulture, management qualification or progress to a managerial level position.
