Apprentices will work towards the following qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Work-based Land-based Engineering Operations (QCF); Units include: Advanced Diagnostics and System Repair, Maintain Electronic Control and Monitoring Systems on Land-Based Equipment and many more.
- ESW Application of Number Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
- ESW Communication Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
- ESW Digital Literacy Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
- Employers Rights and Responsibilities.
Learners may also achieve the following qualifications:
- Certificate of competence in Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-cut
- Certificate of competence in PA1
What will the qualification lead to?
After completing each level learners can progress onto a higher-level qualification in a related area or pursue a career in Land-based Engineering.
