Apprentices will work towards the following qualifications:
  • BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service; Units will include: Deliver Customer Service, Understand Customers, Principles of Customer Service, Understand Employer Organisations, Manage Personal Performance and Development and many more.
  • ESW Application of Number Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
  • ESW Communication Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
