Apprentices will work towards the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Health and Social Care: Core Qualification (Adults) or
- Level 2 Health and Social Care: Core Qualification (Children and Young People)
or complete both for combined roles.
Units will include: Principles And Values, Health And Wellbeing, Professional Practice, Safeguarding And Health And Safety.
- Level 2 Health and Social Care: Practice Qualification (Adults); Units may include: Supporting Core Practice in Health and Social Care, Providing Care and Support for Individuals Living in a Care Home Setting/at Home, Contributing to the Support of Individuals with Dementia, Promoting Support for Individuals with a Learning Disability/Autism and many more.
- ESW Application of Number Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
- ESW Communication Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
