Apprentices will work towards the following qualifications:
- Agored Cymru Level 2 Diploma in Primary Care Administration and Reception; Units may include: Provide Reception Services, Understanding Safeguarding, Supporting and Managing Patients Care, Navigation in Primary Care, Communicating with Patients, Maintaining Quality Standards in General Practice, Understanding Welsh Language Provision in Non-Clinical Primary Care, Primary Care Digital and Information Technology, Working with Carers In Primary Care and many more.
- ESW Application of Number Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
- ESW Communication Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
- ESW Digital Literacy Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
What will the qualification lead to?
Learners can progress onto Level 3 Apprenticeship in Health (Healthcare Management) or another relevant discipline.
