The ILM Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership is aimed at middle managers with responsibility for substantial programmes and resources. It develops skills in strategic planning, strategic change and business process design alongside core leadership and management abilities such as inspiring colleagues and delivering results.

- ILM Level 5 NVQ Diploma; Units include: Contribute To The Development Of A Strategic Plan, Design Business Processes, Manage Strategic Change, Provide Leadership And Management and many more.
- ILM Level 5 Diploma; Units include: Developing Critical Thinking, Leading Innovation And Change, Making A Financial Case, Managing Improvement, Understanding The Management Role To Improve Performance and many more.
- ESW Application of Number Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
- ESW Communication Skills (proxy exemptions apply).
- ESW Digital Literacy.
What will the qualification lead to?
After completing each level learners can progress onto an ILM Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, ILM Level 7 Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and Management, Degree in Leadership and Management or similar qualification.
