Tourism
The tourism sector offers employment globally, nationally, and locally. Employment includes working in events, visitor attractions, marketing, human resources, tourism management and development, rural tourism, hotel management, wedding planning, cabin crew, and travel agency.
The professional and approachable staff have industry-specific experience and a real-world understanding of the sector. In particular, the course content includes business planning for tourism, with students organising events.
As well as this, students will develop a range of customer service skills including event marketing, teamwork, and leadership skills.
